• is situated near to the worldknown termal open air pool Bešenová (cca 1 km) with whole year activity and sky centers:

• Object is about standard equiped 2 floor house, which layout handles 6 rooms with whole capacity of 12 – 16 beds, 3 bathrooms (every equiped with toilet, basin, shower base, also with bidet), one alone standing toilet, which includes z pissoir and basin, there is also the culinary and lounge part of the house, every of size 7×5 m.
• The culinary part of the house is modernly arranged and equiped with bar inventory, gas kitchener with electric cooker, microwave, coffe maker, 2 refrigerators, table for 15 persons with full equipment.

In the lounge is leather couch, satellite TV, VHS, DVD, radio/CD deck, chimney tile.

• Rooms are arranged with standard equipment, all with TV. Additional possibilities include the hothouse.
• To the house belong grassed grounds suitable for sport, recreation,sitting by open fire or fire grate. Guests have full privacy, it´s alone standing object without the presence of landlords.
• Parking is inside the area.
